John has degrees in chemical engineering and commerce, and has 15-plus years' energy industry experience in trading, marketing and risk management roles at BHP Petroleum, Ecogen Energy, Boral Energy and Enron Australia. He is responsible for formulating and advocating Origin's policy positions on climate change and energy, including liaising with state and federal governments.

Paula has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from Edinburgh University and a Masters from Monash University for which she investigated relationships between climate change and mosquito-borne diseases. Since joining ICLEI Oceania in 2005, Paula has managed the delivery of the Cities for Climate Protection (CCP) Australia Program to local governments in three states and is currently working with councils in South Australia.
