Developing an Integrated Social Indicators Framework of Evaluating Local Government Levels of Service and Neighbourhood Quality of Life

This project will provide a procedure to enhance local government's ability to define levels of service for improving economic, social and environmental conditions important to citizen's quality of life in their neighbourhoods.
Instead of relying solely on objective indicators of quality of life circumstances, an integrated framework will be developed using a combination of bottom-up and top-down communication methods.
