The Information Evening for Parents and Students examines La Trobe Computer Science and Engineering degrees from a career perspective, matching student interests with a course that will motivate and inspire them throughout their degree. It also covers our teaching methods, costs, scholarships and most importantly, career prospects.
A panel of industry representatives, graduates and current students will discuss their views on a range of topics including the benefit of La Trobe courses, employment of graduates, the opportunities offered to students such as the cadetship program, scholarships and overseas exchange and the current state of the IT and Engineering industries. This is your time to ask them questions.
Supper will be accompanied by the chance to chat with our lecturers and students and peruse a range of displays.
