There will be a Conference dinner held on Thursday 13 July. The cost of the dinner is $100.00 and can be booked as part of your conference registration.
Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to 11 July 2017: You will receive all amounts paid minus a $50 handling fee.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to 11 July 2017: A refund is not available.
Transfer of registration from one participant to another is permitted up to 1 July 2017.
