Conflict Resolution

Course structures

The Graduate Certificate of Conflict Resolution has three compulsory units:

  • Dispute Resolution
  • Mediation
  • Negotiation

The Graduate Diploma of Conflict Resolution requires students to complete 120 credit points, comprised of:

  • Mediation
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Negotiation
  • Three elective units - students must complete either Dispute Resolution or Mediation before enrolling in any elective unit

The Graduate Diploma in Family Law Mediation requires students to complete 120 credit points, comprised of:

  • Dispute Resolution
  • Mediation
  • Family Law for Mediators
  • Mediating and Negotiating Family Conflict
  • Family Law Mediation Seminar
  • Family Law Mediation Placement

The Master of Conflict Resolution requires students to complete 120 credit points, comprised of:

  • Dispute Resolution
  • Mediation
  • Four elective units - students must complete either Dispute Resolution or Mediation before enrolling in any elective unit

Students can also do Conflict Resolution units as part of an LLM.
