Pharmacy
Why research Pharmacy?
Our program is organised into two streams: biotechnology and drug research that includes drug metabolism, pharmacology and physiology. Collaborate with the best minds in your field nationally and internationally. Students have access to some of the best teaching and research facilities in the world with the construction of a new $94 million La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science (LIMS) building. LIMS focuses on training researchers to turn molecular science, biotechnology and nanotechnology research into medical solutions. We are a member of Innovative Research Universities (IRU) Australia that attracts more than $340 million in annual funding.
