Microbiology
Why study Microbiology?
Our Honours course allows students to take their knowledge and skills in microbiology to an advanced level. Honours students work as part of active research groups, focusing on areas of their own specialisation.
La Trobe's is the only institution to have received the highest ranking of 'above world-standard' in the 2012 Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) awards for microbiology. Become part of Australia's highest performing microbiology research institution in Australia
