Global business law
Why study Global business law?
The era of globalisation increasingly requires people with a legal background to have an understanding of business, including an understanding of the links between major business functions and the legal framework.

Leading professors, practitioners and in-house counsel from around the world teach innovative subjects in American, European and Asian-Pacific business law. The program responds to areas of topical interest by way of subjects such as Chinese Business Law and Practice, Nanotechnology Law, USA Intellectual Property Law and the like.
