What you'll learn
This course is structured to allow you to major in international business and complete a semester studying overseas if you choose. You can also complete a second major in a language or in another field, such as international development.
Your business studies will cover:
- human resource management
You'll approach these subjects from a global perspective, looking at the social, cultural and institutional influences on international business. For example, you'll examine the way the global economy interacts with international politics, along with the role of multilateral treaties and institutions such as the United Nations system.

International living expenses
Other than tuition fees, you should consider living and accommodation costs when planning your budget.
In addition to the international business major defined within the core subjects of this course you may choose to complete a second major, or one or two minors, instead of completing all nine elective subjects. The majors and minors may be chosen from any on offer in the university, subject to their being no more than eight subjects for a major and four subjects for a minor, and subject to having completed any prerequisite subjects required.
