Course description

This course provides professional studies in sport and leisure management for graduates from any discipline. It prepares students for professional employment in the sport and leisure industry and provides a flexible course structure to suit individual requirements, allowing students to expand on previous studies and vocational experiences.

Indicative (2010): $9630 (per 120 credit points).
The University reserves the right to vary fees on an annual basis. Fees will not normally rise above 7% per annum. Should the University decide to increase its fees, that increase will take effect on 1 January of the following year.

This program is available to students who have satisfactorily completed a degree equivalent to a three-year Australian University award.

Graduates will have the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including sports administration; sponsorship and marketing; government organisations; apparel and merchandising companies; and management of the facilities of the major sporting codes and health and fitness centres, elite athletes and teams, and major sporting events and venues.
