Course description

This course is intended principally for graduates who wish to extend their range of expertise by studying a new undergraduate discipline or area of study. Students may undertake the program in any one of the disciplines or areas of study offered in the Bachelor of Arts: English, history, Indonesian, or social sciences; or in other disciplines (from other Faculties).

With the course coordinator's permission, students may also undertake disciplines from other Faculties.

Course structure

Students complete one of the Bachelor of Arts' accredited majors (six subjects with appropriate sequential prerequisites). The equivalent of one year of full-time study, the program is normally taken part-time to allow for sequential development in the chosen discipline.

Tuition fee (AUD)

Indicative (2010): $11,160 (per 120 credit points)

The University reserves the right to vary fees on an annual basis. Fees will not normally rise above 7% per annum. Should the University decide to increase its fees, that increase will take effect on 1 January of the following year.

Prerequisites

Bachelor degree (or equivalent) of at least three years' full-time duration, or equivalent. Original/certified copies of academic transcripts must be presented as proof of completion.

Additional information

Some Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are available upon application, based on academic merit.

Mid-year entry (July intake) available.
