Course description

This course is structurally integrated with the Master of Public Health (MPH), a program which provides a wide variety of health practitioners (such as nurses and midwives, medical practitioners and dentists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, dieticians, health managers) with the opportunity of undertaking postgraduate studies with a special focus on public health. The course aims to provide graduates from the health sciences and other disciplines with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand different kinds of evidence used in health care.

Prerequisites

Bachelor degree or Diploma in the health sciences or a related area. Applicants who have other qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
