Equipment Use Notice (PDF 56KB) This notice MUST be displayed in conjunction with the Print & Graphic Machine Warning Notice.
Print & Graphic Electronic Copying Limits (PDF 26KB)	Print & Graphic Machine Warning Notice (PDF 12KB) This notice MUST be affixed near or on all machines which may be used to copy print and graphic copyright material.
