Instructions to access and complete the Online Advice Form
Login using your LTU username and password -> Click on Add Record -> Select the type of record that you wish to add -> Click Submit.
All fields relating to a document being communicated must be completed. Furthermore, fields marked by an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. The form will not be successfully submitted if any of these fields are not completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to this and the Online Copyright Database is restricted to University staff.
