Print and graphic licence

Part VB of the Copyright Act contains a statutory licensing scheme for the copying and communication of literary, dramatic, artistic & musical works (book chapters, articles, images, drawings, graphs, engravings, sheet music). Copying and/or communication undertaken in reliance on the provisions of Part VB will not infringe the copyright in any work, provided the strict rules of the Copyright Act are complied with. Copying or communication undertaken in reliance on Part VB is licensed copying or communication.
