Note: The institute offers three teaching sessions per year, beginning March, July and August. The full 2013 course timetable is available to preview. Should a course at your preferred level not be available, express an interest in our courses or contact confuciousinstitute@latrobe.edu.au to request an additional course. If the institute receives sufficient demand for a course offering at a particular level, additional courses may be added to the timetable.

Conditions of Enrolment

All information provided in this Application will be treated confidentially according to La Trobe University's Privacy Policy.

  1. Your enrolment is only accepted with full payment.
  2. Classes with only run with a minimum enrollment of 12 students per class. Course date and time are subject to change depending on demand. If your preferred date and time is unavailable, you will be contacted with alternate options.
  3. Please select your course carefully. If you withdraw in writing 5 working days or more prior to the course commencement date, you are entitled to a full refund less $30 for administrative expenses; no refund will be provided for cancellations less than 5 working days prior to the course commencement date.
  4. As an alternative to withdrawing from a course, you may elect to transfer your registration to an equivalent and suitable course in a future intake within a twelve month period from the date of notice if there is a place available.
  5. The Confucius Institute reserves the right to cancel any course and in such an event students will be fully refunded.
