Industry IT cadetship program

Applying for the IT Cadetship Program provides the opportunity to earn an income while gaining valuable hands-on, practical experience in the IT industry. You will be employed by an industry partner to work full-time from the day you start your degree, and also have time to complete your university study.

From first to fourth year you will have time off work to attend university classes and exams. In fifth year you will take the Industry Based Learning (IBL) subjects in the workplace and attend one university class each semester.

Qualified graduates 

After completing the IT Cadetship Program you will graduate with up to five years full-time industry experience, and one of our IT degrees:

  • Bachelor of Information Technology, or
  • Bachelor of Information Technology (Professional)
