1Speech pathology services offered by LCC are not refundable through Medicare or private health insurance.
2LCC accepts cash, cheque, Visa/Mastercard. LCC does NOT have EFTPOS facility.
3Fees may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend a session
without notification
- Cancellation within 24 hours of session – 50% of session
- Failure to attend without notification – full session fee
4Concessions are only available for clients on the presentation of a healthcare card.
However fees may be altered according to family income and individual circumstances.
