We support researchers who have made potentially patentable discoveries and creators of other intellectual property by assisting in the identification, assessment, protection and the licensing of intellectual property.

The Commercialisation Unit also assists in promoting the innovativeness of its members through newsletters, invention profiles and public expo’s.

In association with the Innovation Exchange we are also able to use the services of professional and confidential intermediaries who will work with us to identify industry partners for the development and exploitation of commercial opportunities arising from research.
