Graduation
Students who have qualified for an award (graduands) will have their personal record and graduation information forwarded by post. Students who have qualified mid year will receive their information mid July - mid August. The graduation ceremony for Faculty of Health Science in Bundoora campus is usually held in October. Students who have qualified for an award MUST complete a Conferring of an Award form to advise whether they:
(a) intend to proceed to honours,
(b) wish the award conferred at a graduation ceremony, either in Australia or
overseas,
(c) wish the award conferred 'in absentia', or
(d) wish to defer the conferring of the award.

- by the due date specified in your graduation package.
Failure to return the Conferring of an Award form by the due date in time for the appropriate ceremony will result in the award being conferred 'in absentia'. All degrees conferred 'in absentia' will be forwarded to China partner universities by certified mail, after the final graduation ceremony. Students who have debts to the University are not permitted to graduate. Students are advised to clear any outstanding debts as soon as possible.

毕 业 典 礼
达到毕业资格的学生将收到学校发出的个人成绩及毕业事项的邮件。在年中（6 月份提交全部成绩）获得毕业资格的学生通常会在7 月中到8 月中收到该信， 其卫生科学学部班多拉校区的毕业典礼通常在10 月份举行。 达到毕业资格的学生必须填写毕业申请表，以明确以下重要内容：
(a) 是否打算继续进行荣誉学位学习；
(b) 是否来参加毕业典礼；
(c) 毕业典礼是否缺席参加；
(d) 是否推迟授予学位
