- Master of Health Administration
The La Trobe University Master of Health Administration, is one of the leading health management programs in Australia. The China stream has been tailored to Chinese circumstances, developed in collaboration with senior academics at participating universities around China. Entry to this stream is conditional upon completion of the La Trobe Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management, or an equivalent program of study. The course is designed for hospital managers, policy managers in government health departments and public health program managers.

The Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management builds the management capacity of health service managers, with new theory, skills and understandings about the challenges faced by managers. The program has been developed in consultation with participating Chinese academics and is based on current research into the needs of Chinese health service managers and internationally recognised principles of management education.
- Doctoral Programs
The China Health Program also offers a doctoral research program (both a PhD and a professional doctorates - Doctor of Public Health). Managers, policy officials, teachers and researchers may apply to enrol for doctoral study at La Trobe. Supervision is available in a range of fields including health policy, health economics, human resource management, quality management and health informatics.
