Residential fees and dates for 2009 are now confirmed and are as set out below.

The 2009 dates set out below include our Orientation and Transition (O&T) week and the ‘Settling In’ program offered to international students who are expected to join college on 6 February 2009 in Semester one and 8 July 2009 in Semester two.

What is included
- furnished study bedrooms (with IT access)
- Sheets and bedding (sheets swapped on a weekly basis)
- Study support for first years
- A program of events and activities (a few of which, e.g. the annual ball, may incur a charge)
- Access to the college’s services and facilities
- The study bedrooms are cleaned weekly, and other areas are cleaned every weekday
- Welcome and orientation programs
- Access to our sponsored global programs in 2009
What is not included
Fees do not include the following additional costs:
- Refundable Bond of $500.00 is a deposit refundable on departure, subject to the conditions of tenancy and residency.
- Student Association Activities Fee of $110.00 per year (including GST). This fee supports a wealth of activities, events and programs in college spanning sports, culture, social life, community and outreach programs and much else. The semester only fee is $50 (including GST). The Orientation and Transition programs for new residents is also supported by this fee.
- Facilities and Services Fee of $350.00 (2009) (including GST). This refers to a charge levied on the college by the university and contributes to the installation and upkeep of the campus’ physical infrastructure. The contribution for one semester or part of one semester will be a proportion of the total.
- Orientation and Transition Program Fee of $88.00 (including GST). This contributes to the program for new residents in first semester.
