ENVIRONMENT AWARD
for children's literature

The Wilderness Society presents the Environment Award for Children's Literature annually to a title or an author/illustrator that they feel has raised community awareness of issues of conservation and appreciation of the natural environment.  Their aim is to promote a sense of caring for the natural world through quality Australian children's literature.
The categories vary from year to year depending on the winners - it is not necessary to award all categories, or to limit to one winner in each.

More information is available from the Wilderness Society's pages
