• The French ricochet-jeunes site has information about Perrault and his stories as well as versions and adaptations (and quite a number of other historical authors)
• If your French is up to scratch, Le Contes de Perrault has a biography and a collection of stories.  The site also has material on Andersen and the Grimms (also in French) 

Texts and Stories

• DL Ashliman looks at many Cinderella versions from all over the world while the University of Southern Mississippi is also developing projects around the versions of Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. 
• Classics Illustrated has English translations of several stories with Gustave Dore's illustrations .
• Sur la Lune has an annotated version of Cinderella, and Russell Peck's Cinderella bibliography is extensive and detailed
• Project Gutenberg has text versions of most of the tales

AAnd lastly, why not do a bit of searching. The ubiquitous Google or Alta Vista build good results from your search.  Try Perrault or "Charles Perrault" as names, as well as general descriptors such as children's literature, fairy tales, folk tales, myths, legends or history in various combinations, and names of tales like Cinderella.
