ANON, from the JM Barrie Society, this detailed biography from Finland, and Barrie's entry in the Scottish Authors site provide a starting point.  Some interesting family insights come from the tourist guide to his birthplace, Kirriemuir.  

Andrew Birkin's excellent  http://www.jmbarrie.co.uk/ includes a great deal of the primary source material he used in his book JM Barrie and the Lost Boys

Peter Pan and other Barrie writings:

• Project Gutenberg's online edition of Peter Pan, and Literature Online's selection of Pan and several other stories.
• An earlier version  Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens which gives a different perspective on some Pan characters.
• Barrie's writing about his mother, Margaret Ogilvy

And for those who think that Disney created Peter Pan, try comparing the cartoon with the 2003 movie.  

And lastly, why not do a bit of searching. The ubiquitous Google or Alta Vista build good results from your search. Try "J. M. Barrie" or "James Barrie" as a name, as well as descriptors such as children's literature, author/s, or history in various combinations along with Peter Pan, Hook, Wendy, Neverland and so on.
