Research interests
- I am writing a book on the development of the concept of energy in physics. This goes up to the mid 19th century and Helmholtz's paper on the conservation of energy.
- I am also a part-time tutor at Swinburne University on their astronomy online course. I mark projects on measuring Big G (the gravitational constant), the distribution of matter and antimatter in the universe and on human spaceflight.
