There are many industry supported and university-wide undergraduate scholarships and prizes available for both commencing and continuing civil engineering students. Scholarships provide a range of benefits which may include financial support, paid vacation work, access to career mentoring advice from practising engineers and possible, or in some cases guaranteed, post-graduation employment. Prizes recognise student achievement in specific areas of their studies.
Most scholarships are only available to students studying Civil Engineering at the Bendigo Campus of La Trobe University. They are sponsored by La Trobe in conjunction with government or industry organisations. Other scholarships available to eligible students from any institution are listed separately.
