Seven students from north and central Victoria celebrate receiving scholarships.

Seven students from north and central Victoria will celebrate receiving scholarships to study civil engineering at La Trobe University, Bendigo campus. Sponsoring organisations and La Trobe University staff will join the students at a morning tea to celebrate their achievement.
The event will take place at 11 am on Wednesday the 30th April 2008 at the La Trobe University, Boardroom Business Building (Room BUS129).
The scholarship recipients are:
Murray Irrigation Civil Engineering Scholarship - Harley Bond, Cohuna Secondary College
City of Greater Bendigo Engineering Scholarship - Ryan Peacock, Bendigo Senior Secondary College
Rural City of Wangaratta Civil Engineering Scholarship - Bethany Bilston, Wangaratta High School
Coliban Water Civil Engineering Scholarship - Matthew Thornton, Numurkah Secondary College, and Danylo (Daniel) Yavdoshchin, Bendigo Senior Secondary College
Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water Scholarship - Claire Duke, Stawell Secondary College, and Blake Haslam, Benalla College Faithful Campus
