“I came to Bendigo in 1997 to study Civil Engineering.

“Although I was from a very different cultural background I found Bendigo to be a very friendly place to study.

“The lecturers were great in their guidance in class and sharing of their experiences. They worked very hard to ensure that the students understood what is taught in class and in field trips. No one said studying is easy, but the lecturers made it fun to learn.

“I really enjoyed my stay in Bendigo, and I will definitely visit again.
