The Civil Engineering Degree courses at Bendigo are designed to produce graduates who are capable in a wide range of work environments, and to this end very strong practical and theory components are supplemented with field trips and projects. A new Master of Civil Engineering (Sustainable Infrastructure) course is available in 2010.

Because the excellence of the courses is recognised by employers of Civil Engineers, there are many industry supported undergraduate scholarships available for both commencing students and continuing students. These undergraduate scholarships provide a range of benefits which may include financial support, paid vacation work, access to career mentoring advice from practising engineers and possible, or in some cases guaranteed, post-graduation employment.

The Science degree at Bendigo offers a range of specialisations - some of these include physical sciences areas taught by this Department.

International students Visit La Trobe International for further information about available courses, fees and how to apply
