How you can help us

We'd love your help so students can have the best chance of gaining the employment they want after they leave La Trobe. We value our relationships with academic staff.

Some ideas:

Talk to us about the career education needs of your students. We will help develop something specifically for you, either as part of your academic program or in addition to it.
Let us know what you already do to help your students with their career development. Maybe others could benefit from your experience.
Encourage your students to look at our website and use the resources that it contains.
Tell your students about Careers and Employment and encourage them to attend our seminars or longer programs such as The Way Ahead Programs designed specifically for Arts, Business or Science students.
Let final-year students know that applications for entry into graduate programs in the year following completion of their degree open at the beginning of their final year.
Tell your students about opportunities such as the Career Mentoring Program (M@LT) and the Work Placement Program (WPP). Find out more information about these programs.
