Reload Stations
One of three options available to reload your Transact La Trobe account.
There are three types of coin/ note reload stations located across the campuses.
- CMS3000R – blue (coin only)
- CMS4000R – blue (coins & notes)
- CMS4000 – silver (coins & notes)
See below for instructions on how to add money including the locations of each of the three types of cash reload stations on the campuses.

Coin only
- Wave card
- Screen will display current balance.
- Insert coins (10 ¢ , 20 ¢ , 50 ¢, $1 & $2)
- Press end button.
- GSM, Building D
- La Trobe Melbourne
- Bendigo Business
- Albury-Wodonga Library
- City campus
- Shepparton Library (Sunraysia TAFE)

- Wave card

Coins & Notes
- Press "c" to Reload a Card
- Insert student, staff, departmental or casual card.
- Insert coins &/ or notes (10 ¢ , 20 ¢ , 50 ¢, $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 & $100)
- Press "b" to finish or press "c" to finish and generate a receipt (highly recommended).
- Remove student, staff, departmental or casual card.
- Café Digital @ Student Hub
