My document has not printed
1. Check your account balance via the Transact web page, go to Your account information and select appropriate account type e.g. Student if you are a student.
2. If you do not have enough funds in your Transact La Trobe account, add money via a cash reload station, EFTPOS or reload on-line. Then press print again.
3. If your Transact La Trobe account balance states that you have printed to the printer and funds have been deducted from the account, check the printer.
4. If there is a printer problem e.g. a paper jam or error, report the problem to the person in charge of the print facility.
With most printer jams, once fixed, print job should continue to print. If your print job does not print report it to the person in charge. You may be entitled to a refund.
