How to check your account balance
There are four (4) ways to check your Transact La Trobe account balance.
- Your account information on the web - login with your username and password.
- Transact icon - located in the systems tray (right-hand corner on the desktop screen) - only available on computers at Bundoora Cafe Digital, Digital 2 & Study Hall.
- Copy Control Device (CCD) - located on all Transact La Trobe photocopiers
- Cash reload stations - CMS3000R – blue, CMS4000R – blue, CMS4000 - silver

The best method to check your Transact La Trobe account balance is via this web link. However it’s not the only method of checking your Transact account balance. Read on further to find out all available methods. To check your account via the Transact La Trobe web page:
Your account balance is located at the top of the transaction list. All print, copy and credit transactions will be listed in date order. Use this method to confirm that your print job has gone to the printer and your account has been deducted. If your print job has not come out of the printer check your account balance via this method. There could be a couple of reasons why, see How to & help files. It is recommended that you check your account and / or printer before reporting the issue to the relevant business group. |

The icon is located on the right-hand corner of the desktop screen. Double click on this icon to provide you with your current account balance. This is the quickest way to view your Transact La Trobe account and all information on account usage (i.e. print, copy &/or adding credit). Only available currently on desktop screens in Cafe Digital, Digital 2 (Bookshop) and Study Hall (Bundoora campus). |
