Facility managed Digital Fleet Service for staff

Campus Graphics charges on a per page basis for use of the service - if printing or photocopying is undertaken on our equipment there are no extra charges. Scanning and faxing are included on most units as part of our service and come free of charge.

The price is currently set at 3.6 cents (currently under review and likely to drop) for each black ink impression (and 22 cents per colour) with paper being supplied by each area. This rate is the same for A3 and A4 output.

Our charging system allows for both debit and credit accounts.

Credit system:

There are no limits set on credit accounts with usage being tallied and billed at the end of each month.

Debit system:

The debit system is where a user is given a set amount of funds which decreases as photocopying/printing is undertaken until there is a zero balance. Additional funds can be added by request from an authorised staff member. This system is used extensively for post-graduate students.

Setting up a printer is simple for Windows users who authenticate on the LTU domain. Setup the printer of your choice automatically by clicking from the list below. All print jobs spool and print directly to your local printer. Print jobs sent to these Digital Fleet printers will be charged automatically using your LTU user name.
For first time users just print and Campus Graphics staff will contact you for your SAP account details.

Jobs printed to the Campus Graphics HUB and NetPrint Centre printers will spool to a hold queue and are then processed by our staff on receipt of a hardcopy "Request for Print" form, an on-line job submission form On-Line job submission or by e-mail. graphics@latrobe.edu.au
