School of BusinessUndergraduate applicationsUnless otherwise stated, all applicants must apply to the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC). Applications for Albury-Wodonga courses may be made either to VTAC or the University Admissions Centre (UAC). Special RequirementsPart-time applicants for Albury-Wodonga courses only must apply directly to the School of Business, Albury-Wodonga by the last working day of October and should include a resumé and supporting materials with this application. Special Entry SchemeAs part of La Trobe University's commitment to provide an opportunity for excellence to all students, we provide several Special Entry Schemes. Please refer to the current VTAC Guide for an explanation of these different schemes and how to apply. You must also contact the Faculty of Law and Management for supplementary application forms and information. Students applying for any of the double degrees with science that have mathematics prerequisites, and who are eligible to enter under the 'Age and educational background (Non-year 12)' category of the Special Entry Scheme, may be required to sit a one-hour mathematics test conducted by the University in October (timely applicants) or in November (late applicants). Please contact the Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering for more information. Pathways - TAFE ArticulationStudents who have successfully completed part or all of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Business may apply for entry with advanced standing to the related undergraduate degree course and upon admission be exempted from up to eight subjects. Mid-year EntryThe School of Business normally offers mid-year entry into the single degrees available at the Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, Melbourne (Bundoora) and Shepparton campuses. Mid-year applications must be made directly to the School of Business at Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo or Melbourne (Bundoora), including Shepparton applications. Applicants must meet the same entry criteria as VTAC/UAC applicants. The closing date for applications is usually mid-June each year.
