Strategic management

Strategic Management includes specific research topics such areas as; MNC expansion and internalisation of control (the role of technology in internalisation of control and formation of an inner panopticon [prison]); Dynamics of managing human resources in an International market; Diffusion of innovation; Co-evolution of mandated standardisation with strategic choices of individual firms in regulated sectors; Strategic Management (the role of Governments and regulatory institutions in determining the path to strategic development of organisations) and; Assessment of the critical success factors in adoption of e-government initiatives.


Potential PhD topics

The School will consider any research topic that interests potential PhD students; however, students will benefit from researching in areas that align with the School's strengths.  Please contact the Faculty to discuss your PhD topic.
