Strategic alignment of information systems/ information systems governance

The management of Knowledge has led to a plethora of governance issues and resulted in the development of a Knowledge Management governance framework, detailing the relationship of governance to the effective implementation of Knowledge Management processes, and in defining the roles and tasks involved at each point of governance: planning and development of the Knowledge Management strategy and the implementation of that strategy.
