The area of specialisation of Human Resource Management in healthcare is concerned with such fields of study as: people management and patient safety in Australian public hospitals; high performance work systems and employee attitudes: studies of rural Australian hospitals and; the effects of burnout and supervisory social support on the relationship between work-family conflict and intention to leave.

Potential PhD topics
