Consumer behaviour

Consumer behaviour is a key field of marketing. The study of processes used to select, secure, use, and dispose of products, services, experiences, or ideas and the impacts these processes have on consumers and society. Areas of specialisation in this field include research into such topics as: Prediction of travel behaviour using psychographic and demographic characteristics; Predicting Chinese tourists’ travel behaviour in Australia and; Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to Tourism Choice and Decision Making.
