Recent research in this area includes conducting behavioural experiments on groups of loan officers to examine the relation between the quality of a borrower’s corporate governance and lenders’ decisions relating to the monitoring and management of problem loans.  Current projects include surveying various stakeholders on various issues and expectations relating to corporate governance and will examine whether certain biases influence their expectations.
