B.Sc. (honours) Aston, M.B.A. Portsmouth, PhD. La Trobe George Sansbury was appointed as a lecturer in the School of Business in February 1999. He undertook his undergraduate degree at Aston University, Birmingham, UK. and his Masters in Business Administration at Portsmouth University, UK. He completed his PhD in 2005 which thesis is concerned with the ethical nature of the employee relationship and the transference of civic rights to the workplace. George's Masters thesis looked at the ethical differences in philosophy and practice between H.R.M. and Personnel. His research interests include: Human resource management & industrial relations; Organisational theory and behaviour. Teaching: Organisational Behaviour; Business Ethics.
