Joanne Lye, BBS, MBS (with Distinction), Massey UniversityJoanne commenced with the Department in February, 2001. Prior to this Joanne had taught at the University of Melbourne and Massey University in New Zealand. Joanne is currently enrolled in a doctorate degree with the University of Adelaide investigating the use of performance measures in a public sector entity.
