Postgraduate coursework program

2007 fee structure

Tuition fees for all courses:

• Domestic Students
  • Graduate Diplomas - A$8,000 per year
  • Masters Coursework - A$14,000 per year
• International Students
  • Graduate Diplomas - A$15,000 per year
  • Masters Coursework - $16,000 per year

English language requirements

Unless English is the usual language of the country from which the application is being made, minimum entry score requirements in any of the following tests are as follows:

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.5
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (all other courses):
  • Paper based: 575
  • Computer-based: 233
• Test of Written English (TWE): 5.0

Most coursework programs may be commenced in either first or second semester.  Applications should be submitted by the following dates.

International applicants:

International applicants must apply through the International Programs Office, a minimum of eight weeks prior to commencement of the semester of entry.  This is to allow sufficient time to obtain student visas and to make travel arrangements.

Postgraduate research program

Applications are invited any time for research programs as commencement dates are by arrangement with the School and supervisor. Prospective candidates should complete the Research Proposal question on the Application for Masters/Doctoral Candidature and/or Postgraduate Scholarship form, which can be found on the Research and Graduate Studies Office
Scholarships and Candidature page. Full information of the proposed research topic(s) is required and please attach copies of any written work where possible.
