Annual exchange fair

La Trobe Vice-Chancellor, Professor Michael Osborne, toured the booths at the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus and talked to representatives of the universities.

The fair runs each year as part of La Trobe University’s effort to encourage students to undertake some of their degree studies overseas. This forms an important part of the University’s internationalisation strategy.

A number of overseas exchange students were at the various booths to share their experiences and to encourage La Trobe students to apply for overseas study which is counted towards their La Trobe degrees.

Participating universities were: Norwegian School of Management, Norway; FHS Kufstein Tyrol, Austria; Hiro-shima University, Japan; Jonkoping University – School of Health Sciences, Sweden; Linkopings University – Faculty of Arts & Sciences, Sweden; Universidad Diego Portales, Chile; University of Bonn, Germany; Kalmar University, Sweden; Hanze University Groningen Intl, Netherlands.
