There are currently several research projects underway in the Business Systems and Knowledge Modelling laboratory. These projects range from data mining and customer relationship management, human-centred enterprise resource planning systems, intelligent recruitment and benchmarking systems, Emotional Intelligence and emotion based systems to web personalisation, human-centred e-business, intelligent hybrid systems, humanization of soft computing agents, biometrics and image processing.
