    How To Make An Appointment

Requests for Single Session family counselling can be made directly by any family member or by a professional involved with a family by calling the intake worker on 9385 5100, any day between 10.00am and 3.00pm. You will be asked to give a brief description of your situation to determine whether Bouverie is the best place to address your concerns. If Bouverie is the appropriate place, you will be offered the choice of traditional ongoing services or a single session appointment. If after a single session appointment further counselling is desired, it is available. The decision to have further sessions is made either at the end of the single session or at a follow-up phone call. Counselling services are free.
