How to Make An Appointment

Requests for family counselling can be made directly by any family member or by a professional involved with a family by calling the intake worker on 9385 5100, workdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Reception may make a time for the intake worker to call you back if the service is busy. The intake worker will ask you to give a brief description of your situation to determine whether Bouverie is the best place to address your concerns. If it seems Bouverie is appropriate, an appointment time will be arranged and the details of this and where to find The Bouverie Centre will be sent out directly to you. You will also be sent a brief questionnaire to fill in and bring along to your first appointment. Counselling services are free.
