How to Make An Appointment

Clinical Program

Families can be referred to Bouverie by other services or a family member can call directly. Referrals are made by contacting the intake worker by phone (Tel: 9385 5100). If a family is referred by someone else, a family member will be asked to ring in to complete the referral process. The intake worker will take some background information about your family and the problems you are experiencing. An appointment time will be arranged, and details of this and where to find The Bouverie Centre will be sent out directly to you. You will also be sent a brief questionnaire to fill in and bring along to your first appointment.
