Timetable and Room Bookings

Facilities hire

The Albury-Wodonga campus has facilities available for hire to internal and external parties.

An 72 seat lecture room, which can be modified to accommodate down to a single participant, and a 150 seat theatre are available for videoconference bookings, presentations or seminars. A 32 seat and 16 seat computer lab can be hired for business training or workshops. Other classrooms and kitchenettes are also available for hire.

Facilities available for hire

Please read the Albury-Wodonga Campus 'Hiring Conditions' (.pdf) and the 'Room Bookings General Information Sheet' before booking a room. If you would like to hire a room, complete the 'Facilities Hire Request' form. This form will be automatically emailed to the University and a confirmation sent to you.

Note: If booking a videoconference, room hire rates are per hour, plus communication costs. See 'Videoconferencing Information and Charges' for more details.

The computers in the computing labs have been setup for student use. If new software is required to be installed for training purposes, this will need to be discussed with Computing Services prior to booking. Two weeks notice is required if new software is to be installed. Please read the University's 'Computing Regulations' and 'Internet Code of Practice' before making a booking.
